Mechanic got fired!?!

That sucks! The little asian dude was so good to me. He would always help me out, hook me up with good prices and was extremely friendly. I just called there to go have some work done and found out he got fired!! For drinking on the job? Oh come ON! Give the dude a break, they worked him to the bone...What the hell! Well, it looks like they lost MY business...

I just had the best experience with Tom, the mechanic, at Moss Bay Shell Repair. He was thorough, really seemed to know what he was doing (he's got over 25 yrs experience as a mechanic), was so easygoing and pleasant to interact with, he pointed out what needed to be fixed and what could wait - as well as what seemed to be working just right, the price for the oil change was way less than I'd been paying, and he seemed genuinely enthusiastic about working on my car and having a new customer. He seems to love what he does. As a newer business they could use all the promotion they can get, and I am glad to do it. I feel like I've finally found a mechanic I can trust who is also really close to where I live! It's just a plus that he seems like a really nice guy.
